A computer quandary during the first week of college brought Nancy and Rajiv together. Friendship turned to flirtation as the tech savvy Rajiv went as far as to enroll in chemistry classes just to be close to Nancy. During a long holiday weekend, Nancy received a call from Rajiv to stop by his place. An adorable puppy bound down the hallway of his apartment upon Nancy’s arrival. In her excitement of seeing the precious pup, she failed to notice the shiny diamond ring around the dog’s collar.
