My friends in colder parts of the country may differ with my next statement, but I have to say…Thank you, Punxsutawney Phil! Those six weeks of winter give us a chance to share this fun photoshoot exalting all the inspiration that the season brings to soon-to-be wed couples.

Like the blending of two colors to create a new one, taking a step back in time to merge the sensibilities of the 20s with today’s chic trends can fashion a look that will soon inspire brides yet to come. Bespoke elements such as the custom made hairpiece and birdcage veil along with the delicately handcrafted beauty of the bouquet enhanced that element of unique style. The soft look of cascading hair with peach lips strikingly contrasts the chignon paired with bold crimson lip color. Daisy Buchanan, you still have a hold on us after all these years.

A journey is filled with moments of tears and happiness, but the path to Jen and Keith’s wedding day was filled with only tears of joy. Their adventure began when they met on a crowded dance floor at another wedding. On her own wedding day, Jen fondly recalls the long stroll down the aisle accompanied by her father. As he walked her down the path to one of the most important moments of her life, they shared thoughts that brought tears to both their eyes creating a memory that will linger with them always.

While Jen and Keith’s day was inspired by the earthen tones of the pastoral vineyard setting, the beautiful bride inspires her students daily with her warmth and grace. Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Collins!
